Enhanced Vignette Staging

This service is our post popular.  Ample furniture and accessories are used to enhance your vacant listing and creates a warm, colorful, and welcoming atmosphere for potential buyers.  With our enhanced package we also include the wonderful sound of light jazz and air fresheners to entice all the senses.                          
Starting at $500 plus furniture rental

This style of staging starts with our 4 Room Package which includes the major areas: Kitchen/Dining Area, Living Room or Family Room, Master Bedroom, and Master Bath. 
We also offer Staging Packages that include additional rooms.

Simple Vignette Staging

This is an excellent way to have buyers remember your house.  It also provides appealing MLS pictures to entice more interest.  Don’t let your house be lost in the shuffle, Stage It!

We offer a 3-Room and a 4-Room Package.  Both packages highlights the top areas of the home with minimal furnishings and beautiful accessories.

Sweet Touch Staging

With the Sweet Touch package you receive accessories and limited artwork for the kitchen, fireplace or eating area, a full bath and one half-bath. This package helps to eliminate the empty and cold emotion of a vacant home.  Additional areas are available.

Delivery, Staging Set-Up, and Pick-Up.  Includes 30 day rental              $125.00

We offer a flat rate for delivery, staging set-up, and pick-up starting at $350.  Our furniture and accessory rental is offered at 30-day intervals starting at $110.

Consultation - This is great for the DIY Homeowner!  We tour each room and outside areas of the property with the homeowner and discuss steps to create an inviting arrangement of your existing furniture and accessories to entice potential buyers.  We will also discuss paint colors and any repair needs. Just be ready with questions, pen, and paper.  This service will last approximatley one to one and a half hours for the average home.

Editing Packages - This is an efficient and quick way to transform your home.  We will arrange your existing furniture and accessories to create an atmosphere that is inviting to any potential buyer. We will analyze each area and determine the best features and how your existing furnishings and accessories to showcase the property.  Buyers will say, "I Love This Place!"

One-Half Day Editing - We will concentrate on the first impression areas of your home.

Full Day Editing - With the full day package we will concentrate of the Five Main Areas:

Enhancement Package
This package can make all the difference for the "WOW" factor.  This includes additional accessories from our inventory such as, lighting, greenery, candles, rugs, artwork, and other beautiful items that transforms your home into a model home atmosphere.
This package combined with an Editing Package or Full Staging creates an atmosphere that the buyer just cannot forget.
Full Service Staging
This service goes beyond the Full Day Editing and includes all or additional rooms to give that cohesive fill and impress the buyers throughout the entire home. We will address each room with proper furniture and accessory placement.
