How Much Does It Cost?
Staging is an investment in marketing your home for sale. Since each property is different, the pricing depends on the scope of the project. We offer several services to fit most budgets. Consultations start at $75.00 and our editing packages start at $300. For Vacant/Model Homes the prices range starts at $125 plus monthly furniture rental.
We accept checks, MasterCard or Visa. To schedule a staging date, we require a 50% deposit and the remainder at the time the service is complete. Our accessory and furniture rental is on a monthly basis and billed on a 30-day cycle.
